Cooperatives are partnerships; this distinguishes them from any other societies based on capitals by their functions as well as their objectives.
SECOF is administrated by a Board of Directors chaired by :

Alain Bertheuil (Sanastera) – Vice-president of the Board of Directors
Juan Pedro Cortes Jimenez (CECOFAR) – Secretary of the Board of Directors
Dr. Maurizio Pagnoncelli Folcieri (Farmintesa Logistica) - Member of the Board of Directors
On a cooperative basis “one man = one vote”, each member of the Board of Directors has one vote within the Board.
